DDR4 and DDR5 memory modules from Qootec come in both the full-height DIMM format for desktops and workstations and the small-outline SODIMM format for laptops, mini PCs and appliances. DDR5 is 288-pin DIMM and 262-pin SODIMM at 1.1V with on-die ECC. DDR4 is 288-pin and 260-pin at 1.2V. DDR3 stays in production at 240-pin and 204-pin for refurbishment and lifecycle-extension work.

Which generation does a board take? The memory controller in the CPU decides, and the three are keyed differently — there’s no adapter between them. Every memory module is built and tested in our own factory, running since 2014, carries a three-year warranty, and samples or small orders ship in three days.
