CF Card
Industrial CF cards keep CompactFlash-based equipment supplied long after the consumer market moved on. Embedded controllers, data loggers and machine tools that read a CompactFlash card from a CF slot need media that survives vibration, dust and thermal cycling. Qootec builds them on pSLC or TLC NAND, part number QCS2XXXXXI, at up to 140/135 MB/s, screened -40°C to 85°C, with a three-year warranty.
Why not a consumer CF card? Firmware. Retail cards change controller and NAND without notice, so two cards with the same label can behave differently in the same machine — the last thing you want in a qualified system. Ours are screened in the Shenzhen factory we’ve owned since 2014. Where the host supports SATA or PCIe media, the industrial CFast range and CFexpress range are far faster; pSLC versus TLC covers the endurance choice.
